Pioneer Plumbing and Septic

I have never had such superb plumbing work in my life! The extremely courteous workman had to go to Home Depot twice to get parts, and had to return to his home base to get more equipment on my very difficult job. He was good-natured, polite, and incredibly thorough. He explained the process every step of the way, and after several failed attempts to fix the problem from other companies, THIS company finally fixed the complicated problem. I am thrilled!

Even with a filled schedule, the dispatcher got a plumber to me when I needed (small window) and followed through. The only down and it probably the same with all plumbing companies, 15 minutes and charge $219... hell of a hourly rate.

Pioneer arrived in timely manner and began appraisal and it was little high but needed to fix water heater...they did not have the part and had to order and he said he would be back the next morning. He could not come because he was sent on another job and replacement repairman came with replacement part...the part did not fix the problem...their reply was "well this part fixes the problem most of the time" and now needed another part... both prices combined cost price nearing as much as new water heater So since I have two water heaters in home and they are getting older I asked for estimate for replacing both heaters! The estimate was unbelievably high ($3239.50) and that was $1140 more that the contractor I used with the same 8 year warranty heaters and with same installation specifications for the approximately 2-3 hours installation...plus I had to pay Pioneer for part that they installed that did not fix anything...Unbelievable!!! Also, if anyone went out and bought retail heaters of same caliber and rating it would be around $1300.00. If you took the $3239.50 they gave as estimate that is almost 2000 dollars for labor for 2-3 hours work...that is ridiculous and the very reputable company I used charged 800 dollars labor...!!! I will not use this company again!!
