Reviews
Write a ReviewThey fixed my clogged sink fast and I have not had any problems with it since. They were very clear with me on the cost and my options before any work was done, which I liked. I feel the cost was still too high, but overall I am happy with the job.
The project was top notch. Chester went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed correctly and in a timely manner. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Wonderful Experience!
Good job, quick and good quality,
arrived on time, estimate was fair, the quality of work was excellent will use them for all my plumbing needs
Pioneer Plumbing and Septic were meticulous and thorough! Very High quality work! Very Fair price as well.
I thought it was a little pricey for what they had to do. Which was pressure test my gas line. But the service was OUTSTANDING!!
THEY WERE TIMELY AND DID A OOD JOB.
Pioneer sent a serviceman out on 12/2/11 and completed the work. He was on time, efficient, courteous and I was very pleased with the work. I will not hesitate to use Pioneer again.
A service professional cam et omy house and looked around for about two hours, couldnt find the leak, said they will return with a partner. Finally came back took another couple of hours, at this point little did I know that the inspection fee alone was *$299*. They finally found the leak, at which point they said that they need to replace 20 feet of piping at a cost of $1500. We had fixed this exact type of leak before by clamping the leak off, they refused our suggestions and said "this needs to be done right away" We refused that, had them clamp the leak at cost of $300- even though the parts were only $30ish-- all this after holes were cut out of our walls that stayed un-repaired. Yes, they were courteous, but this whole ordeal was ridiculous and mindlessly expensive.
They did a good job.
