Billy was extremely knowledgeable and willing to give advice on the project as well as other items. He seemed to be looking out for my best interest, not just trying to figure out how to make create more billable projects for him. He delivered the services as requested, at the exact price that was initially quoted.

Billy, the individual that replaced my water heater, was prompt and very polite. He contacted me when on his way to my home, he performed based on his promises, and was very thorough in his work. He patiently answered all my questions and walked me through his recommendation to replace my water heater. Finally, the company had a payment solution that worked for my budget. I was very pleased and would used Janak Plumbing again.

Very knowledgable, professional, and personable. Excellent price and quailty of work. Suggested a rerouting of replacement pipes that saved time and money and minimized damage to ceilings. Will definitly call him again for any future plumbing needs.

He returned my call right away, came out when he said he would. He quoted us a price and it turned out it was going to take a little more to get the pipes unclogged but he did not charge us anymore than he quoted. I would recommend them to friends Thanks Dianna
