    I first contacted Plumber Pro and the response was very positive right off the bat. The rep explained that someone could provide service the same day. This was really important to me since the plumbing issue was with my rental property. Same day service? Wow! I spoke with the plumbing technician, Charles, and he explained the issues were something very simple that I could repair myself. When asked, "what's my cost?" Charles said "No charge." I couldn't believe it. This says a lot about Charle's honesty and more importantly perhaps the company's culture. It's a refreshing feeling to know the company you've hired has an honest policy. Charles thanks for clearly communicating the plumbing issues at my rental property, and for helping me to save a few dollars. This company is first on my pro pick list. Thanks, PlumbPro!

    They were fast, friendly, did a good job and made sure it was done right. Having a FLOOD in my house was not fun and speed was the most important thing. I had water pouring into my house and putting down every towel as fast as I could and throwing them in the washer and dryer and switching out another set of towels. It was a nightmare. The only up side was that I have a totally concrete house and no real DAMAGE WAS DONE, but I had a huge water bill and electric bill for the Washer and Dryer as well!! Well done Plumbpros!!!

    I contacted HomeAdvisor at approximately 8:45am this morning. I was connected immediately with PlumbPros Plumbing to remove and replace a bathroom vanity top and faucet. The technician, Adrian, arrived at my home( 10:45am) and completed the job. Adrian was very professional, courteous, and punctual. The entire job took less than forty-five minutes. I would definitely use this company again and strongly recommend it to others.

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
    7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
