PlumbPros Plumbing responded within one hour, identified the location of sewage blockage and removed a portion of tree roots sufficient to permit line to drain. Tech provided me a written estimate to dig up and replace the section of line that had been breached by roots. To his credit, tech recommended that I contact the city utilities to determine if the problem was theirs to correct. It was and the city cleared the roots and repaired the line the following day. Scott from PlumbPro was a straight shooter .. courteous, knowledgeable and competent. His recommendation to contact the city saved me the cost of further repair. I most definitely will contact PlumbPros for all future plumbing needs. Likewise, I will consult Home Advisor for any other home repair requirements. Totally satisfied.

I previously used another co. they never found the problem - PlumbPro worked hard in the heat and told me they think it is the County's problem - I paid PlumbPro a reasonable amt. for their time and the work they did -- they told us what the problem likely is and hopefully we're on the road to having our sewer back in use. I would definitely use them again.

They showed up on time and completed the job in a very timely manner. The technician was friendly and showed me how to fix a possible future problem and how to prevent the issue from happening again. I definitely recommend them.
