    It took the guy about 10 minutes to put one new washer on an out door faucet and cost $175. That is way too much for what the guy did. God knows what they would charge for an hours work

    Thank you for letting us help you with your project. We qoute prices up front so there is no mistake about how much a job will cost. If the job only took 10 mins like stated then we came to the job prepared and sent someone out that knew what they were doing. I guess we could have sent someone that didn't know what he was doing and didn't have the right materials to do the job. He could have messed with it for hours and made mutiple trips to the store. Maybe then the amount of time would have justifed the cost. This is not how charging by the job works. Our rates are very competitive and our techs. are extremely knowledgable. This is why we give free estimates and a price up front. If it seemed too high people can get as many estimates as they want.

    Mike arrived as scheduled. He was pleasant and professional. He told me exactly what my problem was, how much it would cost, and how it could be handled. There was no mystery to what he was repairing and why. Now, my bathroom works perfectly and the repairs were done within 1-2 hours. Thanks PlumbPros. I will be using them for my future plumbing needs.

    I hired Plumbpros to install a garbage disposal. The fee was reasonable for that, but I was charged $332.94 to change a PVC drain pipe to fit to the disposal. An overreach and unreasonable charge. I felt taken advantage of, and would not hire them again

    I put on the request that I had a problem with my fireplace making a noise when it's on. I specifically asked for a gas plumber. He said I'd have to call a fireplace company. The plumbing problem he handled but I really wanted both issued handled on one visit

    Thorsten and Gerald arrived timely as they said they would. They did a good job and cleaned up the area before they left. Answered all questions and wanted to make sure we understood every thing. It's my first tankless hot water heater and so far I am very satisfied. Would recommend this company.
