arrived promply, 45 minutes to repair a broken spring & new cables. I paid 600$, and thought that was high. I had no time to bid it out.

This was just done yesterday, but so far so good. The technician was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. He explained everything and had me operate the door several times before he left. I wish the bill were less, but I know that quality costs and he did give me the senior discount, so I have no complaints. Thank you for a job very well done, Mr. Lang.

Unfortunately the remote garage door opener does not work very well. Sometimes it takes awhile for the door to actually open after pushing the remote.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your remote. There are a couple of possibilities that might cause this: Sometimes it is because the user is pushing the button for too long or multiple times. Try just tapping it one time and waiting to see it react before trying again. These openers start and stop slowly avoid wear/tear on the opener. Also, there may be radio interference. see http://www.linearcorp.com/faq/article/remotes-have-poor-range-821.html if this might be the case.
