All the employees that I interacted with were professional , knowledgeable and very polite. They were on time and responded to all communications and answers. The costs were more than I expected, but I have never bought a garage door before. I will definitely recommend this company to others.

The technician Ryan was fantastic. He did a great job. The issue is with the price. They are at the highest end of the spectrum. $550.00 for two torsion spring replacements. I really didn't have time to say no and get a different estimate, so I had Ryan do the work. I tried to call the business and was put on hold for eternity. I gave up. I also tried the chat function. No response. Work quality was good. Pricing was way high compared to Home Advisors true cost guide. Buyer beware.

I see that this price included two torsion springs (we have springs with the highest cycle rating in the industry), a new center bearing as well as a lube/tune of your opener and door. We do not claim to be the least expensive, but we are also not the most expensive and believe we offer a fair price for quality parts and dependable service. repairman was more like a salesman. he took my $90.00 without repairing the door. he was more interested in selling me a new opener for $500.00. next day i hired a sears repairman, he fixed my problem for the service charge. he did it in 10 mins.

The technician (Gary Lang) was extremely professional and efficient, from start to finish he completed the repair in less than an hour. Gary made sure he cleaned up after completing the repair and made sure I was completely satisfied. The most professional technician, I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.
