Gary is the fellow who showed and did a great job. I would use Precision/Gary again without any hesitation. Also, worth noting that Gary/Precision responded to my request on HomeAdvisor within a couple of minutes. The Sears garage door service was only a couple of minutes behind, but by that time, I'd already committed to Precision. Shawn (sp?), the Sears fellow, even called back two or three times to make sure my problem had been solved. While Shawn didn't fix anything, I was impressed by his attention to service.

I had a little problem with the installation when they cracked a piece of molding. However when I called them, their response was timely and the molding was replaced quickly and satisfactory.

The tech was timely, did a thorough review of the garage door system, provided a reasonable cost estimate, and kept us informed of the timing of the part which had to be purchased separately. It was a pleasant experience which is so often NOT the case in having work done in Tijeras! I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

The person that came could not have been better. Plus we had our garage go the day before I was to leave town. They came out that day and fixed it. Highly recommend.
