Jose charged me $ 2,750 for something I could have done myself in one weekend. Didn't clean up what we discussed and took almost a month to get to my home. He wanted 50% up front and cashed my check right after he left my home. I would not recommend his service to anyone I know. I had to finished up my yard myself.

Mr. Jose Melendez is very honest, kind to those he talks to, honest about what he could and could not do. He is also a handyman of sorts so right now his crew is planting a bush, replacing a sprinkler control panel, and hanging a storm door for me. He has also done other things to help with the yard since I hired him two weeks ago.

This is the second time we have had Jose and his crew do work for us. They did such an awesome job on our front yard that we didn't hesitate to call him again. This time they did general yard clean up for the spring, and put down road base down in our back drive and parking areas. this will help immensely to keep the dust and dirt out of the house! Love Jose, can't say enough good about him. Professional, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. Everyone on his crew is very polite and friendly, and worked efficiently and got the job done in a timely fashion. We will continue to use Jose's services for future projects, and will highly recommend to others!
