Jose, the owner was always polite and professional. They truly care about the project. Pedro was the one who did the actual prep and paint. He showed up everyday on time and takes great pride in his work. The man is a worker. I'm very impressed and would definitely hire them again or recommend them. Jose also said 3-4days and the job was completed in 3 days.

Jose Melendez (business owner) is skilled, dedicated to quality and very responsive. His staff checked and repaired my irrigation system, replaced the back yard with sod and an attractive block border on a solid concrete foundation. He also replaced an unstable concrete block wall in the carport area with an attractive stone wall - also on a durable concrete foundation. Now two weeks after completion, the back yard is well established and beautiful. We will definitely keep in touch with him for other landscaping needs and lawn care.

Had a neglected Xeriscape yard that had a ton of weeds and small grass. They came out, cleaned the whole thing and have set up a regular maintenance schedule to keep the weeds out and keep the property looking great. Jose was stellar and gave honest opinions on what needs to be done and is prompt in taking care of the work. Will continue to keep this working relationship and look forward to keeping the yard looking great.

Overall I was very unhappy. I was quoted 3500 to clean up my lawn, trim, fix a broken spot in the fence, etc? I managed to get the price down to 2700. I was out of town during this whole transaction and felt like they took advantage of that. They had about 5 people out here for about 4-5 hours. Which means they were making 100 dollars/ hour each. To make matters worse they did not do a good job. My lawn is in the worst shape since I have owned my home, they did no trimming (bushes are out of control) and they put a couple nails in my fence to fix it, no new wood or anything. To top it all off they are extremely hard to get ahold of and rarely follow up messages. Avoid!

We did the job and you were very happy. I sent you photos and you gave the ok on everything we did. This customer's back yard had suckers in it and we suggested to have the lawn replaced. We did reseeding to try and help the lawn look better as the customer did not want to replace the lawn. We went a second time to mow the lawn and he was not charged for the second service. We also cleaned on the other side of his fence as there was a lot of suckers there as well. We did the best we could given what the customer wanted and feel we provided a fair price. To get their lawn looking the way they want, I believe it will require an excavator and sod to be laid. Their yard was not regularly serviced so it will require consistent care and likely to start over to take care of it, which this customer did not want to do at this time.
