This morning is the first day of my lawn service. I was very impressed. They did so much more than I expected and the quality of the work was great. The owner, Jose Melendez, knocked on my door when they were finished and asked me to inspect their work before they left. It was perfect and he tole me they would be here at the same time every week and I should expect the same quality.

Showed up on time. Gave us a good estimate. Was on the job as promised and did a excellent job. Would recommend them to anyone looking for lawn care services. Owner is very friendly and helpful.

Jose Melendez is one of the best men I have dealt with. His crew started on a Tuesday and Jose promised the entire job (not one to two rooms, but the entire inside of the house) would be complete by Saturday. Jose is a man of his word. The project was completed on time and the quality is outstanding.

Hard to get people on time to work or for meetings. Otherwise did an excellent job on sodding and adding new sprinklers. Waiting on last bit of d.g. to be delivered as not enough placed. Would recommend though as job was done quickly. Looking to hire for another project soon.

He requested cash up front. Came out the next day & sloppily did the back yard. Said he would be out the next day to do the front. That was 3 days ago and I have not seen him or heard from him since.

This was a one time visit. So, the customer and I agreed on cash at front, because she was not going to be at home. I started the job and did not finish it that day. Then, the same day a member of my family past away. It took me three days to get back with this customer. But, when I did, I offered the money back and told her that I would do the job for free. She accepted my apology but, by then she had already submitted these bad comments about me. My regular customers understood me just fine. My reputation is very important. But, this is what happened and nothing else I can do.
