The girl doing the scheduling was professional but the owner (her uncle who spoke little english) demanded the money before the had starteb because "he had to leave" he left 3 hispanic men who did not speak englush to do the job. They did the work but it was kind of an expensive hack job. The owner said I could call them back to complete anything left unfinished but I didnt want them back.

I was very pleased with the work Rafael and 2 others did. I would hire them again.

They are overpriced and not very thorough. Three people worked on my yard for 5 hours for a fixed price. They told me they had done all we agreed to, but a day later I found all kinds of shortcuts (weeds left all around, cuttings not picked up, etc.). I suggest a specific agreement on what will be done and in about what time, so you don't overpay.

Rafael Torres contracted to Fall yard-clean up of a very large green space. Big leaf maple leaves (from 5+trees) and 1.5 acre mowing. Rafeal was prompt and eager to do the job as agreed. He worked methodically through gusty winds and rain; which complicated the job. Rafael is eager to work and offered to help me with other future yard tasks of pruning, carpentry and junk removal.

I wouldn't recommend hiring unless you have low standards. The job was stopped before it was completed, my standard for completion being what I would expect one of my kids to do if I had assigned it as a chore. The value does not match the price. I would be annoyed if I had paid half of what I did, but I would have shrugged it off as getting what you pay for. Since I paid twice the value that was given, I'm a bit annoyed. If you agree to do a job, then do it right. If the customer isn't happy, fix it.

Yard looks great every time they come. Work quickly.
