RT Total Lawn Care responded very quickly to my request for a quote on three tree trimming jobs, and after inspection indicated that they could handle all three jobs. In fact, they could only handle two, although those two were done well. The third involved removal of a very large branch about thirty feet above ground level. I don't fault them for opting out a job they were not prepared to do safely, but I do fault them for not telling me that when they gave me the quote. They did adjust the charge fairly, but had I known that they could not complete all three jobs, I would have called another contractor.

This was an excellent experience and because of personal circumstances I have hired him on a continuing basis until the present situation is resolved. He called when he was stuck in traffic so I knew he was still going to be here. He arrives on time and does an excellent job. He is willing to do additional work if asked. I would recommend him to anyone needing yardwork.

Great service! Came in and performed the job expeditiously and carefully, and even offered to edge my front yard free of charge. I've already referred them to another guy in my development, who I believe has already contacted them for another job.
