Excellent! I'm personally impressed that they could do the scope of work in 2 days and it looks fabulous!! Sara is fantastic and Rafael is a true craftsman - I wouldn't be surprised if they end up doing the whole neighborhood! I had wood fence damage at one my rentals from an earlier wind storm. Frankly, it should have been replaced years ago, but now was the time! Sara called me back in seconds, I met them onsite got the quote and said go! I did get other quotes which were higher in most cases but RT Lawn could start the next day. In short order (next day) they tore out 110' feet of rotten fence 4X4's, concrete set the new 4X4's and disposed of the material. The next day the fence was done! I added additional work to the scope like a new gate midstream - this didn't hold them up at all on the completion. Even my long time renter who is a very picky person texted me that he was very pleased - so that counts as two excellent reviews! Don't hesitate to call this company!!!!!!!!

Raphael and Sara called back within minutes of my request. They were at my house within an hour to bid the new cedar fence and started the next day! They finished the job the following day even though it was Christmas Eve. The fence is absolutely beautiful and they used highest quality materials. These guys are great!

We were very pleased with RT Total Lawn Care. Their bidding was very thorough and follow-up as well. They removed our existing railing, installed stairs and a deck with perfection and great timing. They also stained it and gave us stain color choices. We appreciate their accessibility for questions. A job well done.

Jose of RT lawn service is a real pro at designing and installing sprinkler systems. He came to our property, asked great questions about what we were expecting for our system and got right to designing it. He kept us informed at every stage of the process and was very open to changes we needed. The true test of the system is now the grass and garden look. THEY LOOK GREAT. Thanks RT Total Lawn for a great experience.

HomeAdvisor is doing their customers a disservice by listing RT Total Lawn Care for deck build and replace. They misordered what we had agreed upon to use and had to reorder and return. When installing the Decorator tounged decking they didn't use the metal hidden fasteners that we had agreed for them to use but used a product called "fast and dry" which is a product used for high rise decks so the water won't drain below. Our deck is 3 feet off the ground. When I got home and saw what they were using I asked them why and where was the water going to go? I was told that the deck was sloped and the water would just run off, also the product they were using was more expensive and better than the metal fasteners. When we got the first rain we had 2 to 3 areas where the water puddled up (one area several feet wide and 1/2 to 3/4 inches deep) and didn't have anywhere to go. Rafael's solution was to drill holes in the "fast n dry" rubber molding so the water could drain which was just a temporary solution working for a day or 2. The quality of their work and the extending of the job for many weeks was very unprofessional. I had contracted Rafael to do other jobs also which weren't done to our satisfaction. Rafael over promised and under performed. I overpaid for ivy removed from a tree and dead wood removed from a 2nd tree. All the dead wood was to be removed but only a quarter of it was done. He won't return any of my calls. I had originally contracted him to stain a fence for me and I was so disappointed in his work I told him that I didn't want him to do it. He told me that if I got the stain, he would do it for me free of charge. I got the stain and he wouldn't return my calls or e-mails. Finally after several weeks passed my wife and I did it ourselves and we are both seniors. I feel that we were taken advantage of and Rafael and Sara used communication problems as a reason for their misunderstanding. They showed us samples of the product we had agreed upon and still could not get it right. OVER PROMISED AND UNDER DELIVERED!
