We are extremely pleased with the quality of our new deck, stairs, and two new storm doors that were built/installed by Remodel or Renew a few days ago. The professionalism, craftsmanship, and diligence of the crew was outstanding. They arrived early and stayed late, and completed the entire project in just 3 days. The dumpster and leftover materials were removed by early the next morning. We highly recommend Remodel or Renew, and will definitely contact them again for future projects.

The crew did a great job, prompt (if not early), hard working, and cleaned up nicely every day. Although communication was a bit difficult, we persevered with an interpreter program on our phones. The windows are beautiful, and the new front door is awesome. Everything is installed properly and works great!

All of the craftsmen were knowledgeable, friendly, and cooperative. They accommodated all of our requests and answered any of our questions. They certainly put in a very full days worth of work each time they were here for the project. The finished deck and portico are beautiful enhancements to our home.

I highly recommend this company, they provide great customer service and an extremely high quality of work! They removed a 21 year old deck and replaced the deck with Trex composite. The initial sales consultant Reid was patient and answered our multitude of questions. He provided accurate information and guidance to make sure that the finished product would be exactly what we wanted. The construction team was extremely hardworking and professional, and showed up on schedule and completed my job within the timeframe promised.. The Deck is Beautiful!
