I had a stuffed toilet. He looked at it and told me it would cost $350 to re-seat the bowl. I asked him if you could use a snake. He said no. He then asked if I used a plunger. I said yes, but it would not un-stuff. He took the plunger and it un-stuffed. I told him I had a flapper that needed replacement. He said it would cost $20. He told me it would cost $89 for un-stuffing the toilet, we settled on $89 for both.

I was impressed that I was able to have an appt for my water heater so quickly. The service tech Alan was great. I needed a new water heater and while Alan was here he also fixed my sink and toilet. My only concern was that I thought, and many agreed that the price was too high for the water heater. Other than that I would recommend and use Rodberg and request Alan again.

Very unhappy with the end result, and the costs were misrepresented. Addendum: I never knew from day to day if I would get hot water, and when I did it was scolding, and since August I have had no hot water at all (it is now December). The plumber, prior to installing, failed to check, or inform me, that the unit required a minimum flow of water to operate. If I had had that information I would have never had a tankless installed because I have very low water pressure, and always have. Thus the unit would not function correctly. When contacted, Rodberg Plumbing's suggestion, to fix the problem, was to dig up my yard and replace all my plumbing for about five thousand dollars. (I did not take their suggestion) Rodberg also told me there was a $500 rebate but I was never provided with the information to be able to get it. I also called the manufacturer directly and they informed me that there should have been a temperature gage installed, and it was not. So less than a year after having this tankless water heater installed, I have had to have the whole system replaced. While having the entire unit replaced with a traditional tank, my new plumber stated that the tankless unit had not been hooked up properly in the first place.
