We are a townhome association. His crew was very nice , tile guy Elliott, did steps and water line tile, Billy installed the new lights , and there plaster crew was great ,and fast ... everything was clean when they finished... We would recommend Ronny.

I need to tell you that if you want a quality job done in an efficient, timely and professional manner then you have fond that person! Ronnies crew are top notch and as professional and respectful as can possibly be. I owned and operated a contracting business in Clearwater for 38 years and only meet a few contractors that could meet the professional manner in which Ronie's organization operates. So, if you are looking for a hassle free and smooth experience then you have found the right company! Oh, and did I mention what a beautiful job they did!

I found Ronnie Snow and his crew extremely knowledgeable in all things related to a pool, pavers, fountains and filters...for which I hired him. And, if you have a question not covered here, trust me that he probably can do it, or advise you who can. When something comes up in and around my home...I will definitely call him.

Giving a 1 because the system does NOT allow a lower rating. The ABSOLUTE worst customer service. Ronny is beyond rude, he is disrespectful! Everyone involved in the contract and resurfacing were pleasant and professional. We called Ronny after the installation to inquire about the maintenance included in the purchase, and clearly defined on the contract. He stated that the tech had been to the home and provided service. My entire family and my dog were home. There were no visitors that we nor our cameras/security system detected. Ronny sends a screenshot of the techs GPS location from the alleged visit. It clearly showed that the tech was around the corner. When that point was raised on the phone he hung up on us. Then proceeded to text some inflammatory comments. The following when the tech arrived, he explained that he had in fact serviced the wrong home the previous week. Which matters far less than someone attending to customer concerns, especially considering the size of the expense. Stay away....there are less expensive, highly professional options. Things will go badly with Ronny Snow. He does NOT deserve anyone's business.

I think where we messed up was some miscommunication on my part because I thought the pool cleaning technician had been there cause he promised me he had but it was a mix-up, and he went to your neighbors house. I'm so very sorry for this Confusion, but I dare say that the entire pool remodel and tile job came out fantastic and I'd hate for such a minor detail at the end of the process to ruin your perception of our business

Mr. Snowâ s work crews were friendly, but professional. While work was underway, they kept me informed of their activities, what to expect, and made sure that I understood instructions. Mr. Snow made sure that he personally reviewed the job with me, and set my expectations. I could not be more pleased, and would recommend Pool Patrol to anyone with a pool project they need done.

Found Ron through Angiâ s based my decision on the ratings he received. Began searching in July of 2021. .He stated to me he was about 6 months out on work orders. He had a rep come out and explain their process. The work began in January of 2022. The crew was very knowledgeable and efficient through the whole process, and continually kept me in the loop of where and what they were doing. After completion, they had a rep stay with me for 3 months every week making sure the pools water was in balance , and taught me what I needed to do each week when I took over. To me this was th most important step of the whole process, as I had had the pool done 10 years previous to this and I was having issues within 6 months of the resurfac. This definitely wasn't the case with Ron. Almost a year and a half later the pool looks like it did when they completed the Job a year and half ago. I called Ron back to address a loose handrail they had installed and redo some grout that had separated from the pool settling, and he sent a man out within the week to take care of the issue. I couldnâ t ask for better customer service then what I received! He is definitely knows how to serve customers!

We signed a contract with Ronny Snowâ s Pool Patrol on 1/12/23 and paid our 50% deposit. While we were told our job would start in 4-6 weeks, as of March 1st, I hadnâ t heard anything from the company. I left voicemail and emails for the owner. Finally, I was contacted and told it would likely be the first of April before the job started. Job started on 4/10. Two guys demoed the pool and installed the water line tile around 2/3 of the pool. They left mid-day on 4/11 without word of when they would return. After they left, I noticed they had dumped all of the demo material onto a tarp on my front lawn. After several text, Ronny called on 4/14 and confirmed that they hadnâ t ordered enough tile and he was unsure when the tile would be in. I requested that someone come over and clean up the demo mess on my front lawn. Besides asking for pictures, Ronny never sent anyone to clean it up and we ended up having to do it ourselves. Work resumed on 4/24 with the remaining tile installed and the pool resurfaced. Again ,the guys just left when it was done, instructing us to fill the pool with water but no word on whether they or anyone else was coming back. No one reinstalled the pool light or pool jet covers, they dumped pool plaster all over my lawn, and left trash on my lanai. I texted Ronny with our concerns and included pictures. Ronny called later to tell us that we had jumped the gun and we were too proactive; his guys were coming back to finish the job. Apparently, we were just supposed to know that. On May 3rd the Project Coordinator finally showed up, and offered to take $200 off for our inconvenience. Just wishing for the job to be done we agreed. Ronny also offered an additional two months of maintaining pool chemistry and curing service on top of the one month of pool maintenance that was part of our contract. On May 5th Ronny sent a final bill and I stupidly paid it in full. Stupidly because we havenâ t seen hide no hair of them since then. Two weeks have gone by and no one has come to add chemicals to our pool, returned a phone call or text. While the work was acceptable, customer communication is nearly non-existent, the workers donâ t respect your property, leave work and personal trash everywhere and the project coordinator didnâ t make an appearance until the job was done. Not only am I not getting the additional two months of pool maintenance for all the inconveniences, Iâ m not even getting the one month I paid for. Pick a different pool company!

I'm very sorry you had a bad experience, I genuinely followed through with you folks every step of the way. The demo from your pool was piled neatly for pick up and you guys threw it away ( a solid half trash can full) before we could get to it! I did credit you $250 off your invoice to try to keep you happy. The pool service was performed along with a pool school from Mike and Kenny.. You were definitely consulted on how and what to do for great results and our pool tech came out to clean the pool- (I have the emailed service reports with pictures attached. Thank you for your business and I wish you folks happiness! Ronny
