McBride forgot about the first appointment, had to call them about re-scheduling. Reparis was done with no complaints. However, Mcbride charged my credit card and then claimed problem with the credit card company processing it asked for a check. Noticed a few days later, my credit card was charged! Call them and was told the charges will be reversed and to wait for the credit to post then notify them. After over a week, no credit was issued and my check was cashed... resulting in a double charge for the same repair work.... NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Our sincerest apologies to this customer for the inconvenience. We regret that we did encounter problems with our credit card processing company which caused major headaches for all involved. We were assured by the cc processing company that they would refund our customer but it took three trys to get the problem resolved. We pride ourselves on good customer service, however, in this situation the customer service failure was with a credit card processing company and not McBride Plumbing.

I was totally impressed by his professionalism and honesty. I felt that he was very fair on his pricing and knowledgeable about his profession. I am usually scare about how greedy contractors only care about how much they can charge you but Mr. McBride was so fair that I will recommend him to all my coworkers and friends. He did a fantastic job, worked very hard, was hones and very very fair on his charges. It is a pleasure to meet someone who helps you without stealinjg you blind.

I called them to come out and they told me it would be $100 for the repair. They attempted to clear the line but were unsuccessful. I had to pay the $100 despite the job was not completed.

Response from Company:

I told this customer that I would get on top of her roof and run a sewer machine down her vent for $100. Thats just what I did and I found that she had a serious problem which would require excavating her yard to expose and repair the problem. Her son also let me know that the tenants before them move because of the same problem. While I was at the job site I talked with the landlord who did not seem too concerned. I understand this customers discomfort, but I do not do major sewer repairs for $100.
