They overcharged me to fix a toilet leak - $350 and did not get it fixed. I called them back and they said it would cost $800 but he will do me a favor and do it for only $400 more in cash and said the pipe was put in wrong and it would take a lot of work. I called another plumber who put in two wax rings and fixed it for $150.00. So I wasted a $350 for nothing. They will rip you off and keep doing so. Stay away from them. A very bad experience overall.

you can put more wax rings on it but the problem will still be there. I told this customer that putting a band-aid over the problem will fix it temporarily. I did what I could with her budget but i cant fix it right for nothing. And it was 350.00 for totally disassemble the toilet and rebuild with all new parts and a new wax gasket.

We did not connect when I wanted because of scheduling problems but they showed up next day (without calling first), The work was coordinated well between the plumbing company and the city, so we got the permits needed. The work was finished in a timely manner and my gas was turned back on before I froze. Thank you.
