The plumber was very courteous and work late evening. Their method for finding the problem was not very reassuring; they left the leak going to two days before locating and stopping it. I was charged 1000 dollars to pull back a cabinet and stop a leaking pipe. They didn't even put the sink back and they left me without a p-trap. Again, courteous people but not the people you want working your projects. The stars are for the personnel and their effort not their skill sets.

Mike McBride, the owner of the company, installed my electric hot water heater. He was extremely professional, extremely efficient. His customer relations skills are superb. I TRUST this man. I've been in the copier repair business since 1989. If Mike was in my business, I'd do everything I could to get my company to hire him. That's how I feel about his work.

Even though it wasn't an emergency I got ahold of him on a Sunday and he came out the same day. Work done was very professional. He left no mess and worked for a fair price. I couldn't be more happy.

They kept me updated on a delay in arrival time (due to a customer emergency); they also needed to get a part, and again I was well informed about the part delivery time. Chad and Avery were friendly and very professional. We will definitely use McBride again.
