This is the most professional contractor I have worked with (and I have worked with many) over the last 15 years). They were exceptional from their sales team to their installers and follow-up team after the projects were complete. They made sure I was happy with every aspect of my projects. I feel so fortunate to have gone with them. Of the 6 estimates I received, their total prices for furnaces, AC and water heaters were in the middle of the pack and reasonable. Everything else they did was truly first rate and 5 Stars. Plus their 15 year service warranty is unbeatable in Cincinnati and probably everywhere. I will recommend them to everyone who asks about HVAC and water heaters. Thank you!

Zach and Josh were very polite and professional. Got the job done right. Took a little longer than anticipated but they made sure the job was done right. Would recommend them.

He said it would be between $50-$100. He was here for 4 hours, should have been here for 1 hour. It cost me $200. Will not be calling him back.

Professional company,on time delivery

This was my first experience with a professional plumbing service. They were very good at scheduling and sending out someone on time. My work included installation of a faucet, garbage disposal, and running new pipes to accommodate the lowered sink. They were very straightforward with pricing but it was way to much for maybe an hour of work. I dont see how you can charge over $800 for something that took me an hour of research and doing myself. I did pay about $350 for them to install a new p-trap which took about 15 mins. This also included a 1 year service which includes discounted rates but I doubt I will ever call them back out to do any more work. Another thing I would like to note is my conversation with the plumber regarding my garbage disposal. I needed a 90 degree pipe fitting running from the disposal to the p-trap. He stated that I may in fact need a new disposal if I didnt have this fitting since it usually comes with it in the box. This was a red flag to me since I know that you can get things like this online. After our conversation he did show me the part I needed online and walked me through what I needed to do to finish the job. He was helpful at the end. I still find some parts of our conversation being very strange. I feel like he was trying to gouge me for more money than what it would have actually cost. I would recommend to anyone thinking about hiring this company to do research and price comparisons before calling them out. Also please note that it is about $94 just to have them out to look at anything under the non member rate. So buyer beware.

I need more time to evaluate the results of this work.but I think its going to be fine.
