It's one of the few companies in Cincinnati that knows how to service Geo-Thermal Water Furnaces. Many say they do but the outcomes have been disappointing and didn't solve the problems. The gentleman from Thomas & Galbraith had 15 years experience and spent enough time to fix the problem.

Scheduling was easy and quick. I thought I'd have to wait through the weekend, but they came the next day. Cleared the drain, provided a treatment to keep the pipes clear. The technician was friendly, professional and answered all my questions. Got another technician scheduled to send a camera down the pipes to check for any other damage. We've had plumbing problems with this house since we moved in 7 years ago. It's good to get some of this taken care of!

No estimates given prior to $79+ service call. Then prices quoted by service tech,for two separate jobs were,for each,more than double quotes from two other Home Advisor referrals. Had one job done to avoid paying the service fee,already due,without getting anything done. Will not make that mistake again.
