We got a call back within 10 minutes for a technician to come to our house at 8pm. Damian was honest, professional, and very knowledgeable. Excellent. He drove 45 minutes to help us the same night. We had water coming up from the basement sewer drains. He stayed as long as we needed him afterwards to answer our questions. All that for $93. Amazing.

Poor quality sump pump installation. The float rubs on the side of the well due to interference. Sloppy positioning.

I havenÂ’t really dealt with many plumbing or sewer service providers but as far as Cost and service provided for that Cost is second to none! They were by far the most reasonably priced for the services they provide. I can say that Overall that the service was very good... Service was prompt and techs seemed fairly knowledgeable and friendly! I would highly recommend checking with Thomas and Galbraith before hiring anyone else!

Dealt with a complex plumbing. Very professional and knowledgeable. Cost was relatively fair considering the time spent but still costly.

The 2man crew were great they tore out our old furnace and air conditioning systems and replaced with new ones.all within the day. and put everything back the way it was.

Hired to replace sewage ejector pump in basement lift station. We were contacted promptly, an appointment was scheduled quickly. Arrived on time after calling in advance. This was a nasty job. Technician was pleasant, positive and kept everything spotless. Would definitely hire them again.
