Like many other companies once they get your money, you're no longer important to them to even communicate with. I first had issues with price. One person quoted me a price which it took a few days to even consider because it was thousands of dollars. Then once I signed the first contract, and they started digging, I was give another price (thousands more than the original thousands). Went back and forth with the manager on that, finally agreed on a price. The issue now is they left my yard in a 'hilly' state meaning where they dug up my yard was not put back even somewhat evenly. It will be very difficult to mow that area (about 100 yards in length and 4 ft. wide) because it's no longer flat. After 3 months, still trying to get someone out to even it out. It shouldn't be the responsibility of the customer to take a shovel and even it out where it was dug up. Manager doesn't care to communicate, so I'll be talking to someone soon over him and filing a dispute with the Better Business Bureau and let them take over on the communication. Tired of business not caring about customers and not doing the right thing.

Outstanding work and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company. I was sceptical at first as the guy they sent was very young but the results are absolutely perfect. Very pleased with how it all came out and was really an amazing price.

The men were very professional and kind i could tell they knew what they were doing. They clean up after themselves very good and showed me the different functions of my new central air and furnace so very pleased.

Poor communication between customer service, dispatch amd the technicians. It took two weeks to complete a job that should have taken 2 days due to the poor communication.
