Scott was the leader of the 3 man crew that had all the work completed in 4 hours. Area cleaned and Scott didn't leave until he was assured I was comfortable with the controls. I am very happy.

Sent service tech that was not trained on A. O. Smith water heaters (by his admission) as specified through Home Advisor and verbally when I was contacted by Thomas & Galbraith. The service tech didn't really try to fix either problem (2 units malfunctioning) and left me quotes for replacing the whole system, but no quote or recommendation on fixing my existing units. These units are in good shape and are still working, they just need to repair/replace a motor on one and determine why the power vent indicator sensor trips on the other. I didn't need to pay $169.00 for someone to tell me I could buy a whole new system. I placed a call for service/repair - not for a salesperson. I was left exactly as I started, just $169.00 poorer.

The plumber who came, Don, was excellent. I called on Tuesday and was told that a plumber would come Friday to repair or replace my guest toilet. Friday, I called in the morning, afternoon and just before dinner to ask WHEN would the plumber arrive? Don came at 8:45 pm and was done before 10 pm. I have never had such poor customer service from the "office" where no one seemed to know how to schedule an appointment with "window" for service, or the follow up calls , where I was told that the plumber would get to me before they were done for their day. If Don, the plumber, was not so professional and a true customer service motivated person, I would nerve call these folks again.

These guys were friendly, professional, and found the leak 3 other companies never found. The price was very reasonable. I would hire them again in a minute!
