Answered call within 5 min. on weekend. I made appointment Monday and they were here 15 mins before schedule. Very knowledgeable, knew immediately problem and repaired in reasonable time. Warranty contractor took service call money cut 10 inch section and reported it was a modification issue with pipes and house settling therefore they didn't do work but took my 100.00 for 10 mins. and did nothing.

Called me quickly with a decent quote. I did think it was a bit expensive but was offered a $20 voucher. The plumber, Prince, came out within 30 minutes for a non-emergency job and clearly explained to me what the issue was and how he would fix it/ recommend doing. Overall, great experience. He was really friendly and the woman I spoke to on the phone to set up the appointment was great as well.
