From the moment Justin arrived, I was reassured all would be fine. I had dropped an aerosol can in the toilet and it was eaten. Justin went right to work. He was courteous and personable and quite accomplished at fixing the issue. He stuck with it throughout the situation. I would ask him back to help anytime. I called A1 Sewer and Drain for the first time and was very pleased that all my questions were answered clearly in a way that I could understand and without feeling rushed. I was given precise prices and they were honored. A service technician, mister Christopher Boyd , installed a new toilet for me. He was very efficient and knowledgeable in his job and answered all my questions patiently. He did a beautiful job and left everything clean in record time.. He impressed me as a very nice high quality person, hard working and with a sense of pride in what he does. He cares about his costumers. I have never been happy with plumbers in the past, and never felt I had one. I have one now! I will be calling A-1 Sewer and Drain from now on and will be asking for Christopher whenever I have a pluming problem, and I know that there will always be a friendly person on the line to help me.
