Todd Anderson was the technician who came out to fix my homes blockage, he was the second technician who came out, but the only technician who did anything... I don t want to mention the other companies name, but they were a bunch of worthless people who called themselves plumbers. They did nothing to help me and kept saying that I should call the office to have someone else come out. Todd Anderson from A-1 plumbing came out and he was ready to work. He worked alone unlike the other company that had two lazy people show up. A-1 s technician came identified my issue and quickly removed my toilet because I had a main line clog. Mr Anderson was very professional, courteous and neat, he covered my floors so as not to make a mess and he cleared my drainage problems. After cleaning up before leaving Mr Anderson made sure that I was satisfied with the job that he had just done. If A-1 plumbers has to come out to your home I will definitely recommend their professional services.
