The tech's were professional and clearly knew their stuff, "Derll" and his partner Ray were simply awesome! They were not the first plumbers we tried. I learned more about what was going to happen in 10 min than the others who spent an hour and doing nothing. Loved A-1

Fast and courteous. My first review was only 3 stars on customer service and value, but the owner called to discuss. He took the time to listen to me, give a good explanation to all my questions and came up with a good resolution for the issues I had. I have updated to 5 stars all the way around.

I thought the service was ok. At 195.00 per hour the technician was in no hurry to complete the job. Some of the problems were not resolved. The

They gave gave us a 9-12 window for when they would show up and were there and showed up at 9:20. He found the problem, an improperly installed dishwasher water connection, right away. He repaired it and gave us pictures and a report that we were able to submit to our insurance, since it had been leaking for a year and a half. Would definitely hire them again (and probably will be soon since the island, the flooring and the subflooring now all have to be replaced in the kitchen due to water damage.

Great job! Very satisfied with them and would hire them again. Very knowledgeable, polite, and what a fantastic job. Better than we imagined for the price. Other contractors were several hundred dollars more expensive and weren t going to do as much work as this company.
