They returned call immediately. Very friendly. They gave updates and reminders continually. First time using them. I live in Richmond but scheduled appt for Wmsbrg condo with tenant. She also was very impressed!!!

Know what you need and what needs to be done before hiring this company. They put my family in peril by leaving the site with a major safety issue lingering. Details will be put out in the legal actions that will be taken. All in all beware!

I called A-1 Sewer & Drain Plumbing & Water Heaters to flush and clean my water heater also to replace my water heaters supply line due to the flexible rubber hose breaking down causing black disintegrating rubber in my water. Patrick was very professional and I was amazed how fast he completed the job. He did a great job and highly recommended him and the company! The company had a very reasonable price and was very good with their communication as far as keeping me up to date and booking my appointment in a timely manner. It’s very difficult to find a plumbing company that’s reliable, honest and has fast service. I will definitely be using A-1 Sewer and Drain again if I have any more plumbing issues.

Fast and efficient. Cordial and friendly. Clean. I've seen other reviews calling them pricey, but they told me their price up front, weren't expensive comparatively (competitive with homeadvisor's flat fee) and didn't even charge tax.
