We had Abacus install new ducts in our attic. Manuel and Cesar did a super job! We could tell that the A/C was cooling throughout the house once they were finished. We are thrilled with the service. We have been a customer of Abacus for years. We purchased a new A/C unit from them and they have done plumbing work for us including replacing old exterior pipes. We highly recommend them.

BUYER BEWARE - I purchased a water heater from this company. They showed deceiving prices that were only for the warranty. They do not explain the prices clearly and I ended up with a $3500 charge on my credit card for a water heater. This company is a fraud! BEWARE!!!

I was concerned about the high prices plummer's usually charge. This company was very reasonable. I had a clogged pipe that caused toilet to overflow over the weekend. I was able to call them Saturday for an appointment and they were out there Monday morning. The clog was repaired quickly and we're there the next day with camera to fully inspect the pipe to make sure everything was good.

Awful company. We bought a Lennox 20 seer unit from them and nothing but issues. First Jeremy of the company claimed it would cool the rooms within a 1-degree difference. NOPE. My bedroom is 81-84F while the kitchen and living room are at 75F. No matter how many times Abacus comes out they do not care. They have t bothered to install another vent or another line or any type of fix. Instead, they scheduled a pipe cleaning for tomorrow. Abacus does t care that I work the night shift and will lose yet more sleep again Tuesday and I bet Wednesday too since they love to send out people to the situation. This is not even our first issue, the first issue was the unit was as loud as a Jet when it ran. Abacus fixed that citing the project manager Jeremy did t leave notes that we needed a larger intake even though it is standard to upgrade the intake for a four-ton 20 seer Lennox system. Issue after issue with Abacus and I still get to sleep in the heat at night. Awful company, buyer beware. They will make promises and not deliver. They all waste your time with recurring maintenance visits instead of actually resolving anything. Hope this company gets sued. Horrid. Waste of money, my previous unit cooled better than this.

Can be more expensive than some compitors but on time, at bid + courteous & professional.

Caesar has excellent customer services CE skills and was very thorough in explaining the problem and solution. I will definitely call this company again and request Caesar Felipe.

Glenn Moran was very personable and helpful. He madw sure I got exactly what I needed and offered me all the opions and possibilities. I have delt with Abacus now several times and have been impressed every time.
