Davis people were on time and provided high quality work on my deck,

I had some attic ladders installed and it was hard to find a company to do that. They did a nice job. They also refurbished and painted my deck and trestle. It came out excellent and beautiful.

They were on time and finished when promised, with great workmanship. They are very professional and certainly a five-star company.

Great team who really worked hard to "upgrade" our tired looking deck! The deck is very large and 20 years old...its been brought back to life! We love it. Thanks to Mr Davis, Carlos and his team for an excellent job.

I had a small hole in the roof shingles and rotted fascia boards. The hole caused leaking into to house. The roof repair required a new plywood section replacements and new flashing. The fascia repair was needed due to rotted boards and leaking going into the house. The repair also included installation of new drip edges and gutter guards which never existed on the house. Davis came out and provided an affordable estimate for the repairs. His approach is no nonsense and to the point, I can appreciate that. The work was done within agreed upon timelines. In recent windstorm part of a gutter guard blew off and he said replacement is free and inspection of all guards would be done.

Davis Contracting did a fantastic job repairing my deck. They installed all new posts (11), replaced some boards, power washed. and stained it. The crew was great--highly skilled, friendly, hard workers. It was a 2-plus day job with 3-4 workers. Alex checked in on them each day and made sure the project was on track. My deck is like brand new now and very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend using them for your projects

I hired Davis Contracting to replace a double wide driveway gate. The work was performed within the contract time. After checking the gate after the workers left, I discovered that it did indeed open and close, but I was unable to get the gates to lock and that they did not replace the latch system, but re-used my current latch. I called Alexander Davis immediately and he sent the crew back the next day to fix the problem. They came out this morning, replaced the latch with a new latch and adjusted the gate so that it will lock properly.

Did several exterior and roof repairs. Quality of work was very good and they were on schedule.

Mr. Davis' team resurfaced and painted my front porch. The work was generally done very well, however after two weeks some of the paint started peeling. I called Mr. Davis and he took care of it for no additional charge. I would highly recommend, as I said the work was done well, and Mr. Davis stands by his work. Would definitely use Davis Contracting again if the need arose.
