Mr. Davis came to give us an estimate very quickly. He started on the date that we agreed to. He was willing to make changes that were needed. His foreman,Alissom Miranda managed the job on site in a very professional and timely manner. The craftsmen were excellent, especially hard working and respectful of our home.

I liked the no-nonsense bid. Mr. Davis knew the neighborhood, checked the house on Google Maps and gave me a verbal quote over the phone. I loved that. No need to take off work to meet a contractor... and all that entails. After accepting the bid, communication was light. After I called ADC, I was given a date, and the installers were there when promised. The leader even came by the day before to leave the necessary extension cord, so I could plug it in for their power needs. This allowed installers to arrive after I'd left for work, and again I didn't have to leave the office to meet them and get them started. The job took about a half day for my modest house. I paid by check (credit card would've been extra nice). We just got two days of rain and the gutters are doing a yeoman's job. I'd recommend Alexander Davis Contracting and will call them when I need siding replaced.
