We were very pleased with the level of service and the quality of the work. We had duckboards replaced, the entire deck cleaned and sealed, and it looks brand new. They also sealed our steps and wall leading to our basement entrance. We rated five stars because of the quality of work, friendliness, and attention to detail.

Mr. Davis crew did a great job! They did everything as agreed upon. They started the work on day 1 and finished the work the next day! I had an issue with a door a month after the work was completed and they came out the same day within an hour, installed a new part and got me back in business, no charge! Appreciate the quick response and great service! Highly recommend!

He stands behind his work. I had an issue that resurfaced a year later. They came back and made it right. The owner will call you back personally.

We recently had Davis Contracting refinish our deck. I was very pleased with the entire process from my initial meeting with Mr. Davis right through the completion of the project. The crew arrived literally at the exact time Mr. Davis said they would and they took care of everything. The work was being done just below my office window, so I was able to observe them. Their attention to every detail exceeded my expectations. I expect our deck will look great for years to come. But if something were to occur, it's comforting to know that this particular job is backed by a 3-year guarantee.

I had some deck work to be done. The workers were on time and work all day through the over 100 degree weather. Even though the next day I had a small issue that I addressed, Alexander and I discussed and he had someone back out actually the same day and they took care of the matter. He's a great salesman, but didn't do a full job. I'm not a deck expert but the job was done in a rush and I felt pressured to leave him a 5-star review. He came back out when I complained which was nice but when I showed areas I wanted re-worked he was defensive over his work and it almost escalated to an argument. I have been feeling worse and worse about the price I paid. Felt like I was being talked down to.

If I could give him twelve stars, I would! Mr. Davis isn't satisfied to deliver 'good enough'; he wanted it to be perfect! The best part is, HE DELIVERS! Both my neighbor and I had our decks resurfaced at the same time. We got a good price, we were able to choose the colors we wanted, and the work crews were OUTSTANDING! My wife had a couple of concerns, and Mr. Davis went BEYOND the extra mile to make sure we were not just satisfied, but we would be excited with the outcome. He takes each job personally, and it's not finished until you are completely satisfied. I've already recommended him to a couple of neighbors who were looking, and don't mind showing off how things came out. From the very first call, (which was a good WEEK before the other contractors bothered to get back to me) to the personal visit, Mr. Davis was a great person to work with. With his advise on the best courses of action and the costs alternatives available, Mr. Davis was an honest, straight-shooting professional. He never tried to up-sell anything I didn't need, and really listened to what I was trying to accomplish. He told me he would do whatever I wanted, but recommended actions that I wouldn't have thought of. His sound reasoning and rationale displayed his experience in the task at hand. I felt it wasn't necessarily the job that was important, but my satisfaction with the results. HE wanted ME to be happy! One of the main things I look for is clean edges where the work abuts the house. The sign of true craftsmen are clean lines and no mess or splattering. Mr. Davis' crew did outstanding! I don't have the words to describe how pleased we are. our deck is better than new, and I can rest assured it'll be that way for a long time.
