Showed on time with right part after explaining the problem the day before with dimensions of the garage door to be serviced. Serviceman showed exceptional expertise (when asked) with over 20 years experience which showed he absolutely knew what to do the first time and finished rather quickly, and offered some additional preventive maintenance tips. I would absolutely do business with them again!

Kemper was extremely professional. He repaired my damaged panels at an extremely reasonable price. He returned my phone calls immediately and fixed the door within the time frame that he promised. His demeanor was trust worthy that I trusted him to repair the door when I wasn't there.

I will definitely do business with this team in the future. They were knowledgeable, insightful, flexible and honest. They came out fixed the problem and did a few other things to make made sure the door functioned properly. They offered advice on the health of the door. It was good to interact with someone who takes pride in their work.

I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled. I am very happy with and highly recommend Alternative Doors. Kemper was great. My tension spring broke last night and I called a few companies and left messages to get quotes. Kemper called first thing in morning. I explained issue and he quoted me on the phone which was a very fair price. In addition he was at my house within 2 hours and replaced the tension spring. His prices are very fair, he is very professional and firndly. I will use him again for sure should my garage break again. I also will recommend him to anyone I know. You cant go wrong with Alternative doors!
