Mr. Kemper Jackson is very professional and knowledgeable about his products and business. He performed his job with care and in a timely matter. Mr. Jackson taught me how to do somethings on my on, to prevent him from coming back; something as simple as using D W Forty Oil (I hope I got the product name correct) on parts of the garage door. Mr. Jackson has the best customer service skills to work with the public. I will definitely recommend Mr. Jackson and the Alternative Garage Doors company to everyone!!!!!!!! Thanks

Great customer service!!! Mr. Kemper Jackson came and evaluated my problem. Had it diagnosed within 5 minutes fixed in 10. He recommended other services needed and as others have mentioned is very knowledgeable about maintenance and his product. Pricing was extremely reasonable!
