Kember was great. He is priced very well and performed the work on my garage very quick and informed me on how to maintain my garage for longevity. He also was able to pick up my job and complete it before origanaly quote. I’d recommend highly.

I placed my request on Thursday night, approximately 8:00pm, and did not expect a return call until the next day. However, less than 10 minutes later I received a call from Alternative Garage Doors. I explained to the gentleman what had happened. He saide he would contact me between 10 and 11 on Friday monring. He was right on time and explained that it would take approximately 30 minutes to reach my home. He was right on time. He was very courteous and knew his business. He got right to work. After making the repair , he checked the whole door, replace another part that was showing wear, and then explained to my husband how to keep the door lubricated and working better, longer. We were pleased with his work, his attention to time, and the job well done. We will call him again if service is ever needed.

Kemper was great! He came the same day we called (on a Saturday!) We texted him pictures of what was broken and he confirmed what he thought. He communicated a few times via text how long it'd be before he got to our house, as well as when he was on the way. Great guy and great service!
