Very pleased with Alternative Garage Doors. They called back within an hour of my leaving a message. Quoted the price once they heard what needed to be done . Promised a one-hour time frame (2:00 - 3:00) and showed up just a couple of minutes after 2:00. They immediately recognized what needed to be repaired (I was wrong with my evaluation) and quoted a new price. I actually researched the new price (for the new work) on Google and they were in line with what I found. Work was done quickly and professionally. I hope I don't have any more problems with the door/opener but if I do, I will call them immediately.

The service tech had a great attitude about coming out to complete the work - he was even OK with completing the repair on Saturday. He showed up on time and completed the repairs in less than 30 min.

Mr. Kemper was very knowledgeable and he did a great jobs on replacing my garage door's springs. He correctly balanced the springs tension so that the garage door can be lift up by the opener with ease. He also showed me the area where I should lubricate (with WD-40) so that the spring could last longer. The service he provided was excellent and affordable. I will definitely use them for my future needs and recommend them to others.
