Horrible experience. Ben Franklin Plumbing incorrectly installed an exterior faucet spicket at our home late Fall 2020. faucet pipe burst 1st time used in late March 2021 during 60 degree weather. Caused major damage to our interior home. Ben Franklin refused to respond when called they say state they are open 24/7. Ben Franklin plumbing then refused to honor warranty from install on parts & labor. Accused us of not knowing how to use the faucet (we are 40 yr homeowners). Plumber who came to fix stated failure was due to incorrect installation by Ben Franklin Plumbing. Reason why we started using Ben Frankling Plumbing was ownership by Direct Energy who also owns Willis One Hour Heating for our HVAC. We have been with One Hour Heating for 20 years, they are great. Ben Franklin Plumbing is NOT.

I called in the morning when I found out my water heater bit the dust. They came our the same day and installed the new water heater. They technicians were very nice and polite. Very professional. I recommend them to everyone! Will call them when something else breaks. Again thank you Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and The technicians!

Techs were courteous, clean, and were able to innovate my install to work around some unforeseen issues. Gas lines installed, now waiting for the county inspection and then Ben Franklin will install the tankless water heater.
