Simple washer replacement that cost 171.00. He pulled out a job book and showed me the rate for a vague description of repairs. It wasnÂ’t worth $171.

Showed up late and overcharged. Low quote was given. Charged me $425 for a simple shut off valve that took them 30 minutes to install. Ridiculous.

We were shocked at the price to repair what seemed like a minor issue. The tech could not explain why it was so much and after working on our toilet for 1.5 hours, he was on his way and we paid the bill. Then my husband had to spend over an hour working on it himself. This made us even more upset with the high price. BUT after getting in contact with the plumbing manager, Joe, he had a better explanation for why the work was considered a "major" issue and thus the resulting price. He agreed that my husband shouldn't have had to spend time on the toilet and agreed to give us some money back. Overall, Joe handled this right, making it more likely that we'll use them again in the future (but hopefully won't need to!!!) Also, we're in Springboro and should have been directed to the Dayton Ben Franklin which is who we've used before. Next time we will just call them directly.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
