Reviews
Write a ReviewFast, responsive service as always. Very professional work. Explained details and operation of system.
There were two separate leaks under two sinks. The first visit cost $99 and did not fix either one. The second visit he replaced the pop assembly($219). Re tightened the cold water hose and I discovered it still has a slow leak. I'm afraid to call him back. As a follow up, I discovered this morning that the new pop up assembly also leaks. Even though the work is supposedly guaranteed, I'll eat the $319 rather than have him return and soak me for more.
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing made the whole process painless! From the moment we were connected via HomeAdvisor, the customer service was second to none! They came out the same day and fixed my plumbing issues and exceeded my expectations! Fast, affordable and reliable service! Will definitely be calling them back when needed!
Technician arrived, nice guy he check pipe it was leaking badly seal to pipe was totally lose, technician attempted to retighten seal piple stilled leaked. technician gave me a quote of 767.00 to fix problem but noticed something Inside piple. I declined quote had the technician unloosen seal back to original. I removed the pipe myself found a toy Inside cleaned and replace and now working correctly. I happily paid the 50.00 service call.
Just having a clogged toilet cost a fortune. It was $79.95 to show up and $170.00 to use an auger that scratched the porcelain. I will find a different plumber next time.
The work was completed quickly and efficiently.
Used Home Advisor to find and hire someone to help a friend in a distant city who had a serious plumbing backup on a Sunday morning. This firm contacted me within 20 minutes on a Sunday morning, was at the site by 1030, and finished by noon clearing a clog in the line to the street. They will return for a free camera inspection to see if further work is needed either in the homeowner’s or city’s part of the line. This is my first use of Home Advisor and it was perfect for this situation. It’s nice to be able to help someone from afar with confidence.
Did not come back to finish work
The men were courteous and did a good job.
