Reviews
Write a ReviewCame quickly, very professional and polite. Explained everything being done.
I enjoy talking to the serviceman. very nice service. thank you
Would have been nice if the service man had wiped up the dirt that resulted from the repair he made. Other than that I was very satisfied.
It was an emergency so they came about 9pm...very fast and very nice.
Very friendly, knowledgeable and super fast with the repairs.
The $49 dollar service charge is added to the total bill not included in it. So the lowest charge they charge is $177.00 plus a $49.00 service charge. $220.00 to light a pilot light. Ridiculous.
I had to have the work done, but think the price was too high. I know that you have to make a living, but I am a combat wounded Vietnam veteran on a fixed income, so my money does not come cheap, and I have to watch where it goes. I had another company, Trinity Plumbing look at the job, but the owner could not give me a for sure date he could do it, but said that since I had bought my own faucet, the cost to install would have been less than $100.00?
Expensive for little result
nothing
