Rogelio Ruiz and his crew knocked out my earth anchors in a day and you would never know that they had dug several holes in the back yard to do it. Super friendly and professional.

Gabriel Amayo and his crew were fast, efficient, good with communication and finished the entire install of the Waterguard system in 2 days! I was and am very happy and satisfied with the work and the associated costs. The cost were less than excavation and installation of inside french drains. it also comes with a lifetime transferable warranty. Dealing with the sales staff is definitely a bit of a chore, just be ready to ask lots of questions and save all correspondence. I have definitely dealt with worse, they aren't so bad, just keep them on task and stay persistent.

It was a BAD experience!! They quoted me a price then called less than a week before the scheduled appointment and changed the price (higher). Said management did not agree with the sales reps math and the way he came up with the bid... Be careful with this company, once in your home they disclose that their job has a MINIMUM and if your project doesn't meet that minimum, then that's the lowest price you get. Very poor model and should have been disclosed before wasting my time!!! Would NEVER call them again.......

Entire experience from the sales rep to the installers met my expectations. The office staff was friendly and helpful, and the workers were tidy, efficient and professional. The project was expensive though.
