I had hired CBS to complete our foundation repair. We contracted with them and placed a deposit on April 30, 2020. On June 3, 2020, I received the first communication from the company. They were calling to reschedule my service start date of June 8, 2020. Five days...5 days. The reason--because we have not received the structural engineering report (implied to be my fault), which I had included in our contract with CBS. CBS failed to read their own signed contracts. CBS has failed to communicate. CBS has failed to do its job. HomeAdvisor requires me to put stars on all questions. CBS has performed no work, so all I can opine with respect o work quality is they fail at customer service after the sale, paperwork, and permits. So far, I have not received any value or work for the deposit, so the value is zero so far.
