We had vinyl siding,window,and clog free gutters installed.They did exactly what they promised at a competitive price,and within the specified time frame.Their workers were courteous and conscientious,The house looks beautiful,and I would recommend them to anyone.

The salesman explained everything very well. He was very knowledgeable about all windows pros and cons. This allowed us to make an informed and confident decision. The workers putting in the windows were meticulous and professional.

Our siding contractors were awesome. They were highly professional and did an exceptional job on the siding. On the other hand, the customer service that we received from John, our salesman, was horrendous. First off he never told us that we had to pull the permit for all the work that was being done at our house. We only found that out when the building department came and wrote us up. When we tried contacting John he never returned our phone calls. Also one of our windows were measured wrong and needed to be reordered. After 2 weeks of waiting we were given the run around of when it was going to be here. It still is not installed.

I am sorry that Debbie M feels this way but respectfully her facts are inaccurate.I had regular correspondence as we completed an entire custom window and siding install within 6 weeks of the order date. That's an impossible feat if communication was lacking. We did mis measure a window but when we arrive at the scheduled time to install that window and the homeowner stands us up, then calls the office to chastise us for not installing it on time? I hope homeowners understand what kind of a pickle that puts us in. We are proud of the work and service we provide, and based on our other reviews,our clients are happy to receive it.

Excellent communication all the way around. No hassles, the guys were professional! At the end of each day, they cleaned up any mess and even put brackets back on the windows for me so I could hang my blinds. They showed me how to use the windows and how to clean them. Excellent company to deal with. I highly recommend CareFree Energy Solutions.

Siding complete and misunderstandings of door surround handled quickly and professionally we are very happy with the workmanship of this company. There were some delays due to weather and some mismeasurement on door surround but the CareFree Team took care of all of our concerns. Would definatley recommend this company for siding.
