From the very beginning, our experience was outstanding. The sales presentation was very informative and very professional but not pushy. We never felt pressured at all. Alfred did a great job explaining everything, answered every question, some of them twice, and left us with the feeling that this is the company that we want to work with. So, we signed the contract that day. From that day to installation day, we worked with Carolyn, Kari, and Sarah, who answered additional questions, kept us informed of where we were in the process when we could expect the installation, and scheduled the actual installation date. On the day of installation, Chris and Shane arrived a little after 8:30 AM. They were extremely courteous, professional, patient, and meticulous in their work. This wasn't just a one-to-one shower install since I wanted the new shower enlarged from the original. They did an incredible job and I could not be happier. They finished at about 5:30 PM after cleaning up. Their work was so good and they cleaned up so well that you could not tell that there had been any construction done here that day!!! I genuinely appreciate Chris and Shane's efforts. They were simply awesome!!! After the installation, Kari followed up to validate that we were really satisfied with our purchase, with the installation work done, and with everything else involved, such as the covering of our floors to protect them, the clean-up afterward, and our impressions of the installers. The quality concern that Kari expressed was awesome. Throughout the process, we heard about what Carefree would do and how well they do it, they made a lot of promises, and their focus on quality was truly extraordinary. Everything that they promised, they did with a high degree of professionalism and quality. I highly recommend Carefree Home Pros.

The salesman was thorough in his explanation in what CareFree Homes provided. He was very professional. Paul, the installer was on time and worked til the end of day to finish the project. He was pleaseant and very professional at all times. I now have a beautiful step-in shower which ahs brighten my bathroom.
