I had problems when they first installed my shower unit. Nothing to do with the unit. It had to do with my molding that did not sit flush like before. They came the next day to look and repair it, but months later I was not satisfied with the repairs. They came back replaced the molding, replaced the plumbing tape (the installer used blue tape that stuck out like a sore thumb), Replaced the grab bars because they did not match the shower head and on/off the plate. They were more than accommodating to make right what I was not happy with. Above and beyond. I absolutely love my shower unit and give them 5 stars for the product and their commitment to satisfy their customers.

Installer done a good job with the company s instructions. ONE big problem I asked the sales person I need it wide enough to turn around, well I have less room then the one my son put in my apt. and that was with sliding doors. I am handicapped and I needed room to turn around. For the price we paid I m not sure I would recommend your company. We could have got a new vanity & Mirrors replaced for what we paid. He said I would have enough room and that never happen!
