Installers were very friendly and worked quickly to rip out old tub/shower unit then install new shower system. Work was performed in the highest quality of installation possible.

I really enjoy working w/ this group. The home office, the sales people, our installer, Paul Caruso - they were all amazing! Nothing is cheap, but price is only a problem in the absence of value. I felt I received quite a bit of value! The product was amazing, the work done was beautiful and the time spent w/ me to go over everything was above & beyond what I expected. I will absolutely look to work w/ this company again and recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom.

Would highly recommend Carefree Home Pros for a 1 day bathroom installation. The sales team was great at helping us choose what is right for our family and our bathroom space. Our installer, Paul Caruso, was terrific. He arrived early at 8 am and worked diligently until 6 pm giving us the updated bathroom of our dreams. Paul is thoughtful, polite, knowledgeable, quick and his work is meticulous. Paul walked me through the process of what he was going to do that day, kept the house clean, and I was left with a gorgeous bathroom. Thank you so much to Carefree and especially to Paul for the installation.

Very pleased with installation of jacuzzi tub-workers were very professional and cleaned up after install-thoroughly explained everything about cleaning etc -I would highly recommend them!

The first contact was a free in home estimate. Matt was very personable and professional. He sold the product and project well. Answered ALL our questions. Install day, Paul arrived early/on-time. He covered all our floors leading up-to the bathroom. He worked out of our garage and cleaned up after completing. He answered any and all questions before, during and after the job. The bathroom looks great. Very happy
