Write a ReviewGreat price, quick response, efficient installation. Drew Harps was significantly lower in price than several other bids. Joey was able to discuss our needs and walk the property and provide a bid on his first visit. Others took week+ to come up with proposal! Quality equipment, all Hunter brand. In walking the property, I mentioned a front garden that we call Grammy's garden. Joey remembered this and used that name several times in letting us know what he was proposing. I highly recommend this company!!!
Joe and his team were recommended by friends who already were happy with the quality of Drew Harps services. Joe is experienced and works together with his team. They showed up to the appointment on time, he always sends text ahead of appointment. I had a small issue and they came and fixed it all above and beyond. As they are always busy with customers, when I called and no answer the phone, always return my text messages. Highly recommend

Well to say that it was exactly like they explained is not true. I was told it would be a vibratory install and it was not but I allowed that. They installed a month before the season was closing and it was not terrible at first but as I got closer to opening up the system in March I noticed that they did not plumb In a valve to the system so it cracked the recently installed piping that they had installed. Not only did not it prohibit me from turning on our hose but it also made us lose from the water being losses from their mistakes. They did make right on their mistake a month later only to. find out that they left water In our lines which broke an entire zone of sprinklers which cracked them and we needed to spend 385 dollars for another company to come out and fix. I gave Drew the chance to fix his wrongs but to them it was more about collecting money before even coming out. As a home builder, I understand timing is tough but he clearly did not want to service his warranty so I wanted everyone to know what type of service you are going to get when dealing with them. I will be following up with a formal complaint to make sure it's rectified.
First- Your system was installed with a vibratory plow. It was a Ditch Witch 255. Second- Your system ran for 2 months. It was install 9/1/23 and winterized 11/2/23. I find it funny that you left out that one of the zones that were broken didn?t work at all last year, and you called 2/3 times for us to come fix it. And we never did. Also that you had video it never worked. Until I told you, that every phone call or text was recorded to your account. Why would you leave something like that out??? 3rd- I did make a mistake. And I fixed what was caused by me!! I never once demanded any money from you before I came out. I simple explained - Joseph Wiltsey
Joseph and his crew came out and installed the sprinkler system, they were very professionnal and I have no problem with the work.

Great job of winterizing my sprinkle system.
They worked around my busy schedule and came out the day before thanksgiving. Very professional and knowledgeable. Gave me insight of repairs for the spring. I will be booking again.
